Adequate Hotel, Some Issues Present
The staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. My room included comfortable beds , I slept well.
I found a problem with disabled parking , a car without a blue badge was parked in the designated bay.

convenient location clean hotel drink discount consistent service
The hotel's proximity to the racecourse proved convenient. The hotel was clean. Staff offered a generous 20% discount on drinks at the bar, a REALLY appreciated perk. Staff consistently confirmed our guest status, we received the discount without fail.
The television remote in my room did not work at first, but the duty manager addressed the issue quickly.

helpful staff large television free parking breakfast selection
I found the staff helpful from arrival to departure. The room had great amenities, a large television, a well-stocked minibar, and fast internet. I appreciated the plentiful free parking. It made coming and going EASY. The breakfast selection was AMAZING, with lots of choices.
The elevator seemed a little slow. Waiting took a moment.

handy location sufficient parking comfortable bed
the location was handy for a nearby event i attended. parking felt sufficient and accessible upon arrival. i did find the bed in my room to be very comfortable for a good night sleep.
the in-room television picture quality was a bit lacking in sharpness.

The room was a bit of a letdown. the bathroom door stuck badly, annoying at night. also, the carpeting seemed quite worn. It could use some updating.
